I had the best experience with Ultimate Shades and Blinds and I’m loving my high-quality, modern and functional new blinds.

Andres was extremely professional and attentive to detail. My old blinds were very outdated and malfunctioning, but I wasn’t sure of what I wanted. During the initial consultation, Andres took the time to explain and make recommendations based on my preferences of style, functionality and material. He also discussed in detail the advantages of certain styles vs. others, for example: having my blinds be motorized.

His office and the installers were also extremely professional; they were always punctual, respectful of my home and handled the measurements and installation with the outmost care.

Andres followed up to ensure everything had been installed properly and that I was satisfied. I had some last questions and he was able to answer them all.

Ultimate Shades And Blinds was awesome in the whole process, from initial visit, recommendations, measurements,  follow through, profesional on-time quotes with reasonable pricing that reflects the quality of their products. These guys are top notch!

Installation was on time, with professional installers that took off their shoes when entering the home. The process was smooth from start to finish and then the owner Andres came twice to inspect both the wall paper install one day  and the curtains another day.

I damaged the wall paper with my position bed going down and Andres sent out the guys again with a spare piece of wallpaper to fix my problem. He wanted to make sure that I was happy.

He showed one more time again to make sure I was pleased.

This type is service is very hard to find in Miami. As a previous business owner for over 28 years in Miami I can see how this young man will rapidly ascend  to the elite.

With out hesitation I fully endorse/recommend Ultimate Shades but above all I am impressed with the personal attention, care, and altruism that Andres had with me.
