Ultimate shades did an excellent job installing motorized shades in my primary bedroom and bathroom. They were very professional, completed the work on time and as promised, and did some trouble shooting with no issues (or extra charge) given the unique features of my windows. I checked with two other companies before I used Andre. They came out very promptly measured  Everything gave me many options to look at. I chose a premium fabric, but still didn’t  want a complete blackout. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I did have a couple of problems originally and Andre bent over backwards to get fixed for me. Had his team come out put extra weights on the bottom then actually changed the shade for me to make it perfect,  I’m very OCD and these guys did everything to make it right highly recommended would definitely use again. I’m not an easy customer, but I am a loyal one.
